GoggleWorks Center for the Arts

The GoggleWorks, a center for the arts, was conceived as the art focal point for Berks County, Pennsylvania.  Housed in a renovated post World War II factory building, it was previously home to Willson Safety Products.  The center contains multiple gallery spaces, 40 studio spaces, a wood shop, 125-seat theatre, dance studios, ceramics studio, and state-of-the-art glass blowing facility.
The renovation included a 5-story, 188,000 square foot building and two smaller buildings. This building is the largest facility of its kind in the county. The GoggleWorks Center for the Arts won the 2005 Preservation Award for the Restoration of a Factory Facility.
