Career Data: Mr. McDougall serves as vice president of the Burkey Group, Inc. focusing on project development, leasing, and business development for the three companies of the Burkey Group, including Burkey Construction, Associated Construction, and McDougall Burkey Associates. He previously served as president of American Real Estate Investment and Development from 1985 to 1990 and as executive director of the Reading Center City Development Fund and the Greater Berks Development Fund from 1978 to 1984. Mr. McDougall’s responsibilities on behalf of the Burkey Group include assisting clients in pre-construction planning and development, and leasing and management of the McDougall Burkey Associates industrial and commercial portfolio. Mr. McDougall serves on the boards of Berks Community Television and RiverPlace Development Corp.
